توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة فاكتوريا (Factorya) — الموقع factorya.net وتطبيق الهاتف — البيانات الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها. باستخدامك للمنصة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، الدولة والمدينة، ونوع الحساب (فرد/تاجر أو مصنع).
• بيانات المصنع لأصحاب المصانع: اسم المصنع، الشعار، الوصف، المنتجات، الكتالوجات، فريق العمل، الفروع وبيانات التواصل.
• المحتوى الذي تنشره: المنشورات والتعليقات وطلبات الفرص وطلبات عروض الأسعار والتقديمات على الوظائف (بما فيها السيرة الذاتية التي ترفعها).
• الرسائل: رسائل المحادثة النصية والصور والملفات والرسائل الصوتية المتبادلة بين المستخدمين والمصانع.
• الصور: صورة الملف الشخصي وصورة الغلاف والصور التي ترفعها.
• الموقع التقريبي: يُستخدم (باختيارك) لتحديد دولتك تلقائياً عند أول استخدام للتطبيق، ولا نتتبع موقعك بشكل مستمر.
• رمز الإشعارات (Firebase token) الخاص بجهازك لإرسال الإشعارات الفورية.
• بيانات تقنية أساسية مثل نوع الجهاز واللغة وسجلات الأخطاء لتحسين الخدمة.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

• إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من رقم الهاتف (رمز OTP عبر واتساب أو الرسائل).
• عرض دليل المصانع وملفات المصانع ومحتوى المنصة.
• توصيل رسائلك وطلباتك (عروض الأسعار، الفرص، الوظائف) إلى الطرف المعني.
• إرسال إشعارات بالرسائل والتعليقات والطلبات والفرص الجديدة.
• حماية المنصة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وتحسين الخدمة.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك البيانات فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة: مع المصنع أو المستخدم الذي تتواصل معه، ومع مزودي الخدمات التقنية الذين نعتمد عليهم (الاستضافة والتخزين السحابي، Google Firebase للإشعارات، مزود رسائل واتساب/SMS لرموز التحقق)، أو عند طلب جهة قانونية مختصة.

بيانات ملف المصنع ومنشوراتك العامة تكون ظاهرة لزوار المنصة بطبيعة الخدمة.

حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها

تُنقل البيانات بشكل مشفر (HTTPS) ونطبق إجراءات معقولة لحمايتها. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة وجود حسابك، ونحذفها عند حذف الحساب إلا ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً.

حقوقك وحذف الحساب

يمكنك تعديل بياناتك من صفحة الملف الشخصي، وطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من صفحة حذف الحساب https://factorya.net/delete-account أو بمراسلتنا على info@factorya.net.

الأطفال

المنصة موجهة للأعمال وليست مخصصة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

Introduction

This policy explains how Factorya (the factorya.net website and mobile app) collects, uses and protects personal data. By using Factorya you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, phone number, email, country and city, and account type (trader or factory).
• Factory data for factory owners: factory name, logo, description, products, catalogs, team, branches and contact details.
• Content you post: posts, comments, opportunity requests, quote requests and job applications (including any CV you upload).
• Messages: chat text, photos, files and voice messages exchanged between users and factories.
• Photos: profile picture, cover photo and images you upload.
• Approximate location: used (optionally) to pre-select your country on first launch; we do not track your location continuously.
• Your device's push notification token (Firebase) to deliver notifications.
• Basic technical data such as device type, language and error logs to improve the service.

How we use data

• Creating your account, signing in and verifying your phone number (OTP via WhatsApp or SMS).
• Showing the factory directory, factory profiles and platform content.
• Delivering your messages and requests (quotes, opportunities, jobs) to the relevant party.
• Sending notifications about messages, comments, requests and new opportunities.
• Protecting the platform, preventing abuse and improving the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to provide the service: with the factory or user you contact, with our technical service providers (hosting and cloud storage, Google Firebase for notifications, the WhatsApp/SMS provider for verification codes), or when required by law.

Factory profiles and your public posts are visible to visitors by the nature of the service.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable safeguards. We keep data while your account exists and delete it when the account is deleted, except where retention is legally required.

Your rights and account deletion

You can edit your data from your profile, and request deletion of your account and data at any time via https://factorya.net/delete-account or by emailing info@factorya.net.

Children

Factorya is a business platform not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
